They’re are a lot of great features about the Estates at Clovelly that make it truly special: its location, underground wiring, variety of lot sizes, and its exclusivity as the last development in the area. But one thing that really sets the development apart is the interior and exterior finishes incorporated into each design.

The Estates has been incredibly lucky to get the chance to work with Sasha V. Design on the selections for our designs. She is responsible for the exterior features on all of our designs, as well as interior features like flooring, kitchen fixtures, and lighting.

When it comes time to stage our homes for show, we’ll also be working with Newfoundland Staging Co. to ensure our model and show homes are looking their best. Their design expertise is the perfect compliment to the stunning layouts that our home designs offer. We can’t wait to share more about this exciting collaboration with the public soon.
